Loxton's Mardi Gras is one of Australia's longest-running community parades and provides an opportunity to come together and celebrate our town and greater district.

This year is the 125th anniversary of farming in the area! Even amidst the pressure of ongoing drought and more recently the devastating start to the bushfire season across Australia, we have much to celebrate and be proud of.

This is why our theme of "Play" was so important. This gave us a chance to embrace a day of Play!

Thank you to all who showed their sense of "Play" in presenting who they are and what they do with a float and to the sponsors of the float prizes.

September 9th

Loxton Mardi Gras welcome our first 2021 Community Ambassador Rosy McConnell who is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Loxton
